Title: Agriculture - Establish necessary conditions to induce a sustainable growth of the agricultural sector
Project Description: Increase farm income in targeted areas and reduce expected losses in infrastructure by improving agricultural value chains, agriculture intensification, technology adoption among small farmers, and land tenure regularization

Title: Education — Back to school 2010
Project Description: Prepare for the next school year by: Constructing transitional school buildings, providing subsidized textbooks to students, granting subsidies to private schools, and providing hot meals to 70,000 students

Title: Health - Strengthen the Healthcare System and Epidemiological Surveillance in Haiti
Project Description: Strengthen the Haitian Healthcare system via human resource training (e.g., 400 health agents); healthcare management organization; infrastructure (4 healthcare units, ambulances); robust plan for communication, immunization, and epidemiological surveillance

Title: Energy - Generate hydroelectric power: Artibonite 4C
