It was doctor Mike Lynch's discovery of this theorum and a combination of that and Shannon's Law that led to a breakthrough in working with unstructured data. I had spent a number of years looking for a way of allowing people to help themselves and it occurred to me that this technology, if modified from business to personal taxonomies could be of great help to the people I had been talking to many years past.
